History of Shiatsu

 

Shiatsu is an ancient form of Japanese healing treatment. Shiatsu is a therapy, by which the hands are used, as the part of the treatment. Shiatsu is a Japanese therapy that is licensed. Tokujiro Namikoshi formed the first Shiatsu institution. Shiatsu is a process, which uses the pressure of the hands, fingers, elbows and palms, to heal a person. The process of Shiatsu transfers the energy and power of healing to the concerned person’s body. There is no usage of needles during the Shiatsu, as it is used in acupuncture and other modes of therapy. With the process of Shiatsu pressure is applied in the points, all the negative tension is released, and there is a flow of ki transfer into the concerned person’s body, all with the help of Shiatsu.
